My Heating and Cooling Company is a division of Quick Fix Home Repair, Inc. created to provide prompt, professional and courteous service to our customers, family, friends and neighbors as we offer a strong team of talented technicians and varied services to fit your comfort, repair, maintenance or replacement needs in the home or work place to maintain your daily operations. 

Our Mission is to maximize your families comfort while minimizing your monthly energy expenditure regardless of the season.

Equipment Financing To Fit Your Budget we offer a variety of financing programs including 90 Days Same-As-Cash and 6 Months Same-As-Cash where there is NO down payment, financing fees or interest if the balance of the financed amount is paid in the pre-agreed time frame.  We also offer 12 month to 72 month programs with monthly fees to pay off your investment as best fits your budget.  All financing programs are subject to approval of a credit application prior to installation of a replacement system.  Minimum financed amount is $500.00.

Payment Information    We gladly accept credit cards, personal checks, money order or cash for completed services.  We have open charge accounts available and six (6) months same as cash on repairs or replacements.

Pricing Information All service work is completed "by the hour, or by the job, it's your choice"™

Our "Firm Dollar Pricing Plan" -is  where you pay by the job, not by the hour.  An efficient way to evaluate and quote the proposed work to allow you the customer to know the full price and approve it prior to any work being completed.

On a "Not-To-Exceed" basis - is when there is a question as to existing conditions that require a portion of the work to be completed prior to being able to establish if concealed problems exist this pricing plans establishes a budget for the customer to know the maximum that will be paid with an accurate accounting of material and labor maintained with any savings going back to the customer.

On a "Time and Material" basis - When it is not possible to establish the problem until actual work or a portion of the work takes place (such as blocked drains) THIS IS REVIEWED WITH THE CUSTOMER AND APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE COMPLETING ANY WORK UNDER THIS FORMAT.

"YOU", the customer and our service technician will identify which method is best for "YOUR" individual service needs prior to any work being completed.
