A Letter from the Owner

Turning customers into clients is what we do every day. When you're a customer, it means you came in the door for the first time. When you're a client, that means you're here forever. It means you're part of the My Heating and Cooling family, which is what our mission is every day. So, yes, we don't want you as a customer, we want you as a client.

Our job is to create an environment of resource. So all of our job descriptions are based around being a Client Resource person - whether you're an officer of the company, a manager, a service technician or a field installer - you are a client resource person. We did away with the traditional titles and all of our positions are created around our mission.

I've been in this industry for over 30 years and people call me all the time for references and we love to help them out! When we built the organization, we built it around that premise. We created a Resource Center so that our clients have a place to trust for recommendation for whatever your needs.

That is why my own family works here - my son works here, my brother works here, my wife helps out from time to time. One of our installers and his fiance work here - family is important. It's what drives us and gets us out of bed every day.

One of the responsibilities I think we have is to listen - we have to listen to you and we have to listen to your home. Sometimes price drives your decision, sometimes comfort, other times it's the latest gadgets - either way, we understand. But your home also has a voice - air quality, comfort, humidity - and we understand that as well. We look at the whole picture when talking to our clients about making that investment. You're going to make a decision about the HVAC equipment in your home several times. That's why what we do is so different from our competitors. We don't offer you a good - better - best solution - we offer you a solution directly tailored to you and your home. We have your comfort in mind!
